Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A SW Portland, OR | Hybrid Potential $110K–$120K DOE Direct Hire About the Company Our client is a fast-growing clinical diagnostics organization delivering critical testing services to hospitals and healthcare providers globally. As the company continues to scale, they are investing heavily in financial infrastructure, analytics, and business intelligence tools to support future growth. This is a high-visibility opportunity to work directly with executive leadership and help shape the financial strategy of a dynamic healthcare organization. About the Role The Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business intelligence initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, building actionable reporting, and partnering cross-functionally to improve business performance. The position reports directly to the VP of Finance and will have significant exposure to senior leadership. Key Focus Areas: Financial modeling & strategic analysis Forecasting & budgeting Power BI dashboard development KPI reporting & executive storytelling Cross-functional partnership with Operations, Sales, and IT Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes Perform monthly variance analysis and financial performance reporting Build and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reporting tools Develop strategic financial models and scenario analyses Analyze large datasets from ERP and laboratory systems Evaluate revenue trends, testing volumes, margins, and COGS Partner with operational leaders to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency Present actionable financial insights to executive leadership Qualifications Required: 4–7 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or highly analytical finance experience Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Strong Power BI experience (DAX, visualization, dashboarding) Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Preferred: MBA or CFA Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Vena, or other EPM tools Healthcare, biotech, or diagnostics industry experience is nice to have Why This Opportunity?
