Prestige Care - 4525 Southwest 99th Avenue - Responsibilities: Provides direct resident care while promoting resident dignity, independence and choice; Assists with or performs ADLs, takes vital signs and weights and documents care services and observations; Serves meals in the dining room and assists with dining room and kitchen cleanup; Assists with tours, move-ins, move-outs, and transfers and coordinates personal care service with co-workers; Attends and participates in training, in-services, and staff meetings
