During the internship, you will rotate through key areas of the Risk & Insurance function and: - Learn the fundamentals of risk management and corporate insurance programs - Assist in analyzing claims data and identifying trends - Support loss prevention and safety initiatives across childcare centers - Participate in insurance policy reviews and coverage analysis - Observe and contribute to claims management processes - Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Operations, HR, Finance, and Legal - Conduct research and contribute to risk assessments and reporting - Complete a capstone project and present findings to leadership at the end of the program.
