As Director, Website Merchandising, you will report to the VP, Ecommerce and lead the website merchandising strategy for Rejuvenation.com, shaping how customers experience the brand, discover products, and move through key shopping journeys. You will own the site merchandising roadmap, category experience strategy, storytelling placement, launch merchandising readiness, site merchandising standards, and ongoing optimization priorities. This role is accountable for connecting digital merchandising decisions to business outcomes, including revenue, conversion, AOV, sell-through, margin, and inventory productivity. You will partner closely with the Site Operations leader and other ecommerce, Brand, Merchandising, Inventory, Creative, Analytics, and Technology partners to ensure strategies are executed with quality, accuracy, and speed.
