You will follow company, customer, and regulatory safety policies; report incidents and near misses. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot gas delivery systems and associated electrical/instrumentation equipment (>600 V)Read and maintain P&IDs and wiring diagrams in compliance with SOP, QA, and MOC requirements. Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, analyzers, transmitters, valves, purifiers, and meters. In this role, you will plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance using CMMS - And you will perform LOTO, permit work, and oversee contractors as needed. Analyze process loops and lead reliability and availability improvement projects. Also, you will support ultra-high-purity systems with daily customer interaction and compliance training. Manage spares inventory, site security, housekeeping, and documentation.
