About the Role

Currently, we are seeking a Systems Engineer I to join our IT team. This position is responsible for supporting and maintaining core infrastructure and systems. This position is intended for individuals early in their IT engineering career who are seeking to build foundational experience in systems administration, Microsoft 365 platform services, infrastructure operations, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Prior experience supporting enterprise IT environments, with exposure beyond basic end user or workstation support.
• Foundational understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including servers, virtualization, backups, and basic networking are essential.
• While advanced cloud experience is not required, candidates are expected to have foundational exposure to Microsoft cloud technologies.
• A strong interest in continuing to develop skills in Azure, identity, and endpoint management.
• Works closely with MSP engineering, IT support, and IT leadership.
• Provides hands-on exposure to enterprise systems, security controls, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be within a commutable distance to physically be present at CoLo or Headquarters locations in Portland Metro area as needed.

Required Skills

• Foundational exposure to Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Strong interest in developing skills in Azure, identity, and endpoint management.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced cloud experience (not required).

Pay range and compensation package

Salary range of $75,000-$90,000 and will be based on experience. Plus full benefits package.
