Night Shift Loader

Position Summary:
We are hiring dependable team members to organize loading docks and load delivery trucks according to route sequence. This is a physically demanding role requiring heavy lifting, extended standing, and occasional work at heights. Safety is a top priority, and training is available for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load trucks accurately and efficiently based on route order
• Operate forklifts or similar equipment (training/certification provided if needed)
• Stage, secure, and wrap materials to prevent damage during transport
• Inspect materials for damage and report issues
• Optimize load configurations for efficiency and safety
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory replenishment as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Strong commitment to safety and PPE compliance
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently or as part of a team
• Warehouse experience preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing
• Regular lifting up to 60 lbs; team lifting up to 100 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying conditions

Work Environment:

• Moderate to loud noise levels
• Indoor warehouse with occasional outdoor exposure
