We're looking for dependable and professional Flex Security Officers to join our Portland team. This position provides daytime coverage at multiple client locations, filling in for vacations, call-offs, and special assignments. The ideal candidate is adaptable, punctual, and demonstrates excellent customer service while maintaining a strong security presence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional security coverage at various client sites throughout the Portland metro area.
• Work day shifts only; flexibility required for varying start times and site assignments.
• Patrol assigned premises on foot or by vehicle to deter unauthorized activity and ensure site safety.
• Monitor access control, check credentials, and maintain visitor logs as needed.
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, alarms, or emergency situations.
• Write accurate and detailed daily activity and incident reports.
• Follow all site-specific post orders and company procedures.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, and clients regarding any site updates or concerns.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age. Possess a valid Oregon DPSST Unarmed Security Certification. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (travel between sites expected). Available to work Monday through Sunday during daytime hours (specific schedule varies weekly). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods and perform moderate physical tasks. Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.

Pay: $25.00
