Serves as the Portland District Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) Specialist on all aspects of AT/FP. Provides security and threat response input into the development of Occupant Emergency Plans (OEPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) at all locations in the Portland District to assure compliance with AEMP standards. Compiles and analyzes threat information from various sources throughout the region. Produces After Action Review summaries and adjusts and reorients plans and programs as required. Employee serves as the Training Coordinator and trainer for all security and force protection training. Plans, develops, coordinates, controls, and conducts programs to protect information, personnel, property, and/or material from unauthorized disclosure, theft, assault, or sabotage. Manages the OPSEC program.
