Our client in Oregon is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a 42-day assignment beginning Jun 1, 2026. This role involves alternating 12-hour day and night shifts, focusing on inpatient emergency department care. Responsibilities include rounding, managing an average of 35-45 patients daily across all demographics, and no call requirement.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide hospital privileges for emergency medicine care
• Manage patients in an inpatient setting, which includes private monitored rooms, with some designated as trauma/resuscitation bays, plus triage/treatment rooms
• Perform daily rounding in the Emergency Department
• Cover all patient demographics, managing an average of 35-45 patients per day
• Work schedule has no call requirement
