MBK Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Oversee the Dining Services Department under direction from the Director of Dining Services.; Prepare all food items in accordance with planned menus and recipes, ensuring nutritional and dietary requirements are met.; Ensure food is served at correct temperatures and properly presented.; Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas; ensure proper storage and labeling of leftovers.; May supervise servers and dishwashers and assist with menu changes as directed.
