We're partnering with an innovative global technology organization seeking a Marketing Project Manager to help drive strategic marketing programs from concept through execution. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple teams, influence key initiatives, and play a critical role in improving marketing operations and execution within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Compensation: $34/hr
Availability: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. This is set to be a 6 month contract to start but could be extended.
Work Site: Hybrid, on-site Monday-Thursday.
As the Marketing Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and programs by managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and completion. You'll bring organization, transparency, and accountability to complex initiatives while helping teams stay aligned on priorities, timelines, and business objectives.
Job Duties:
- Partner cross-functionally with teams including Product Management, Finance, Digital Experience, Revenue Marketing, Platform teams, and additional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
- Build and maintain strategic project plans that support broader marketing and business goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities across multiple workstreams and proactively drive solutions.
- Improve workflows, operational processes, and project management best practices to enhance team efficiency and execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and manage project budgets while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and communicate clear project updates, progress reports, and status tracking documentation.
- Lead process improvement efforts, including testing “what-if” scenarios and operational dry runs to identify gaps before implementation.
- Ensure deadlines are consistently met through strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of project or program management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset paired with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable operating in highly matrixed, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new systems/processes, and maintain a positive, team-first attitude.
- Experience improving workflows, operational processes, or project management methodologies.
- Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Someone who naturally acts as a connector between teams and keeps projects moving forward.
