This role combines technical leadership, project management, and client engagement, supporting transportation, land development, and public works projects while ensuring compliance with state and local regulations.This job focuses heavily on working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. It requires an effective communicator who can motivate others while understanding and responding to their needs and concerns, work with many different people in a friendly and genuinely supportive manner, and maintain a persuasive, teaching-oriented mindset when communicating company policies, programs, and systems. The role involves a faster-than-average pace of work, with a strong emphasis on handling detailed tasks quickly, correctly, and efficiently, articulating information clearly, and following up carefully and cheerfully to maintain work quality and relationships.
