Bilingual Progect Engineer - Mechanical - inspec facility group, inc. - Protland , ORinspec facility group, inc. seeks candidates for a Bilingual Project Engineer - Mechanical in Portland, OR. A Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, engineering (mechanical, chemical) or a related field, or other majors with related experience. 1 year experience in interpreting mechanical drawings, engineering data, specifications in Japanese to identify discrepancies and/or changes; finding physical conflicts from various structures and services using BlueBeam, Revit, and AutoCAD programs; and coordinating construction schedules for manufacturing companies using Microsoft Office/Project. Proficiency in Japanese with an engineering background. Must have the ability to communicate, read and write highly technical information (technical data, design verification, layout review, 3D viewing, system conflict resolution, installation sequence/progress) in both English and Japanese. Travel to and work at various construction sites in the United States as needed. May work at the headquarters in Portland, Oregon or from home office in-between projects.
