Accounts Payable Supervisor

Location: NE Portland (Hybrid)
Salary: $70,000 – $95,000, depending on experience

Overview
Lead accounts payable and disbursements for a multi-enty organization while managing a local and offshore team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise 4 onsite and 3 offshore AP staff; conduct performance reviews
• Approve payments, ACH/wires, and check runs with strong controls
• Review invoice journals, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations
• Resolve vendor escalations and complex discrepancies
• Manage AP aging and optimize cash flow
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration
• Oversee vendor setup, W-9s, 1099 reporting, and compliance

Qualifications

• Full-cycle AP experience with leadership background
• Experience with intercompany accounting and reconciliations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• ERP experience (Business Central preferred)
