Job Description Job Description What You'll Do: As a Landscape Technician, your landscaping daily tasks will include:Cutting turf, trimming and edging along borders, and blowing using power equipment to enhance the overall appearance of the propertiesPruning shrubs and low trees to improve the growth habit or remove damaged branchesPlanting and maintaining flower beds, shrubs, and applying mulch (as needed)Picking up trash and debrisPerforming weeding by hand or using a garden hoe or hula hoeMaintaining a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with guests and customersWho You Are: We're looking for someone who's:Reliable and punctual – you show up on time and ready to workSelf-motivated – you take initiative and work well with minimal supervisionFriendly and professional – you bring a positive attitude and interact well with residents, customers, and co-workers.Outdoor-loving – you enjoy fresh air, physical work, and creating beautiful spacesCreative and solution-oriented – you bring fresh ideas to improve our property's appearanceRequirements:You're at least 18 years oldNo prior experience necessary – we'll train the right personYou're able to safely work with equipment like power saws and cuttersMust have reliable transportationAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamPhysically able to perform grounds-related tasks (lifting, bending, walking, etc.); able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.Able to work in all adverse weather conditions.Landscape Technicians who will be operating the company vehicle are required to have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.Job Details: Job Type: Part-time or Full-TimePay: From $18.00-24.00 per hour, commensurate with experienceExpected hours: 24-40 per weekSchedule: 8-hour shift, Day shiftCompany Description We specialize in helping clients increase the value and beauty of their homes or businesses by creating elegant outdoor living spaces.
