The Head of Finance will also be instrumental in building and leading the finance team, and must be adept at operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 6-10 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or high-growth startups, with a preference for those who have a background in high-growth consumer, CPG, or retail-driven businesses. The role requires a candidate with strong financial modeling and analytical skills, the ability to influence decision-making, and a proven track record in fundraising and investor communications. While not mandatory, a CPA, CFA, or MBA is a bonus.
