Providence Health & Services - - Responsibilities: Picks up and delivers ElderPlace participants to and from destinations in regular or specially equipped vehicles; Ensure safety and accessibility for participants during transportation; Comply with all state driving laws and requirements; provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request; Drive as part of role when necessary and coordinate with Providence PACE Oregon for scheduling; Assist with participant mobility needs during transport as required
