PM Hotel Group - 8235 Northeast Airport Way - Responsibilities: Maximize dining room and room service revenue through quality, uniformity, portion size and presentation of all food products; Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards; Start food items prepared ahead of time and manage not to over-prepare; Date and rotate perishables; rotate stock per hotel standards; Operate and properly clean kitchen equipment including fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron and flat top grill
