Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Check in drivers and verify arrival details; Answer incoming calls from drivers and provide directions to the facility and designated parking areas; Assign bays to drivers and communicate detailed instructions for loading and unloading; Update internal systems with completed orders and ensure all documentation is accurate and current; Schedule appointments and deliveries at the warehouse and at client locations
