Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Run and monitor multiple automated double-sided polishing machines to polish silicon wafers according to customer specifications; Operate and monitor the cleaning process to remove residual slurry and ensure cleanliness specifications; Operate metrology equipment to verify wafer flatness and process control; Use Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodology to measure, identify, and correct process variations and eliminate defects; Input data, track processes, and complete forms using Excel and computerized systems
