Touchmark - - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility, dining support, and toileting; Provide reassurance, redirection, and meaningful engagement to reduce anxiety and foster security and belonging; Build trusting relationships with residents and support their daily comfort, joy, and quality of life; Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in interactions with residents, families, visitors, and team members; Coordinate with the Memory Care team to deliver person-centered care using the Full Life Approach
