- 12‐hour shifts 730am ‐ 730pm or 730pm ‐ 730am
- 24‐hour in‐house call available
- 3‐5 shifts per month
- 12 hours per day guaranteed
- 15‐20 patients per shift
- Inpatient obstetrics facility
- 312 deliveries per year
- High‐risk pregnancies and c‐sections required
