Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures and supporting emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity; Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated access points, verifying credentials and reporting unusual activity and maintenance issues; Support a professional presence at a government location by assisting with directional inquiries and communicating clearly with site contacts, employees, and first responders
