Servicing Associate Join our team and help members navigate one of life's most stressful moments-after a total loss auto accident. You'll play a critical role in supporting members through the financial aftermath, ensuring they understand their options and receive the best possible resolution.
What You'll Do In this dynamic, member-focused role, you'll combine customer service, problem-solving, and attention to detail to deliver exceptional support:
* Review & Audit loan files to ensure all required documents and contracts are complete
* Guide members through filing GAP claims and canceling service contracts
* Manage case data with accuracy, organization, and confidentiality
* Handle 10-30 daily interactions, including inbound/outbound calls and emails to gather information and resolve cases
* Collaborate cross-functionally with insurance companies, GAP providers, and dealerships
* Identify process improvements and share insights to enhance team efficiency and member experience
What You Bring We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping others:
* Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience (financial services preferred)
* Strong communication skills-clear, professional, and empathetic
* Ability to multi-task across systems and stay organized under pressure

* Comfortable handling sensitive information with professionalism
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $25.00/hr.
