Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC mills and machining centers for short-run, precision machining; Review and interpret CAD drawings, 3D models, blueprints, and setup documentation to determine dimensions and tolerances; Load and download CNC programs, offsets, and related data; set zeroes and offsets; secure fixtures/tools; Monitor machine operations and adjust controls to maintain quality and meet deadlines; Guide and instruct other operators and collaborate with programming, inspection, and engineering teams to optimize processes
