In your first 30–60 days, you'll completely reset the operational rhythm of the marketing organization — creating more clarity, accountability, momentum, and alignment across how work gets done. You'll build and evolve the systems, workflows, and cross-functional ways of working that will help marketing execute at a higher level and move faster with intention, while continuously improving and optimizing those systems for long-term scalability and effectiveness. This role is for someone who naturally brings order to complexity, leads proactively without waiting to be asked, communicates clearly across teams, and gets genuine satisfaction from helping talented people do their best work together.Responsibilities:Build and optimize scalable workflows, operational systems, timelines, and team processes across the marketing organizationAssess how work moves across teams, identifying inefficiencies, reducing friction, and implementing stronger ways of workingOwn end-to-end project management across marketing initiatives, campaigns, launches, and cross-functional priorities—ensuring projects stay on track and teams remain alignedPartner closely with Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to clarify priorities, coordinate deliverables, and keep initiatives moving forwardAct as a central point of coordination across Creative, Ecommerce, Wholesale, CX, Product Development, Operations, and Leadership teams to improve communication and executionWork backwards from key deadlines and business goals to build actionable project plans, timelines, and dependenciesIdentify blockers, competing priorities, process gaps, and operational inefficiencies early, proactively driving solutions and helping teams navigate challenges quicklyCreate visibility and accountability across projects by tracking ownership, deliverables, timelines, and next steps across multiple concurrent workstreamsLead recurring meetings, status updates, and project check-ins that keep teams informed, aligned, and accountableBuild structure and operational clarity within a fast-growing, evolving environmentTake on additional responsibilities as needed in a nimble, high-growth companyQualifications:5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, program management, or a related operational roleExperience working in high-growth consumer brands, ecommerce, retail, fashion, beauty, wellness, or startup environments preferredProven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and keep teams aligned in fast-paced environmentsStrong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to assess, simplify, and improve cross-functional workflows and operational processesStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneouslyClear, confident communicator—able to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organizationExperience driving accountability, facilitating decision-making, and navigating ambiguity with confidenceHighly collaborative with strong relationship-building skills and operational rigorProficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platformsProficiency in Google Workspace, presentation tools, project management platforms, and reporting toolsResponsible Time Off (“RTO”)10 paid holidays, annuallyGenerous PPO medical, vision, and dental insuranceUp to 3% match on retirement contributionsDiscounts on company productsAn opportunity to make your mark and develop a legacy#J-18808-Ljbffr
