Job Description Job Description We are seeking a reliable and skilled Automotive Technician to join our service team. This is a full-time, in-person position focusing on light repair and preventative maintenance in a professional shop environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Starting from $50,000 - $75,000 per year, dependent on experience.
Bonus: Quarterly incentive program based on performance.
Tools: All tools are provided. You are not required to supply your own equipment.
Additional benefits available after 1 year of employment.
Schedule
Enjoy a consistent work-life balance with no weekend shifts:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Early finish!)

Key Responsibilities
Perform light automotive repairs and diagnostic checks.
Complete routine maintenance, including oil changes and fluid services.
Conduct comprehensive tune-ups and vehicle inspections.
Service and repair braking systems (pads, rotors, and hydraulics).
Diagnose and replace suspension components, specifically shocks and struts.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in light automotive repair and maintenance.
License: Valid Driver's License is strictly required.
Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work efficiently.
