The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis partners closely with the CFO to lead the organization's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions, with a focus on grants, contracts, and restricted funding. This role is responsible for providing data-driven insights, ensuring financial compliance, and supporting effective decision-making across the organization. The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis leads the design and continuous improvement of financial processes and systems, driving user‑centered solutions that enhance operational efficiency and strengthen fiscal oversight. This role does not oversee transactional accounting, payroll, or procurement functions.
