Prestige Care - 11700 Northeast Angelo Drive - Responsibilities: Operate the medication room and medication services under HSD guidance and in accordance with physician orders and state regulations; Administer and assist with self-administration of medications as prescribed; Maintain accurate medication/treatment records in residents' clinical files; Coordinate with pharmacies for orders and refills; report medication errors; Provide direct resident care and support activities of daily living, ensuring dignity and safety
