Description:

ServiceNow Administrator

Location: Beaverton, OR or Raleigh, NC

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our ServiceNow platform. This role is responsible for day-to-day administration, platform stability, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow modules to support IT and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Configure and manage workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and forms
  • Manage users, roles, groups, and access controls
  • Support and enhance ITSM, ITOM, and VR modules
  • Perform upgrades, patches, and platform releases, including testing and validation
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
  • Ensure platform compliance with security and governance standards
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support and training for end users as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and VR processes
  • Experience with scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python)
  • Knowledge of CMDB and service mapping concepts
  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and release management
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems
  • Familiarity with Agile or ITIL frameworks (ITIL certification a plus)

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 104300.00-193700.00

This role is subject to ITAR. Candidates must either be U.S. Persons or be prepared to collaborate with the company in securing the necessary U.S. government export authorizations.
