Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 07/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2893.40 Opportunity: Home Health PT - East Portland OR and Surrounding Areas Job Details: • Work 8-hour day shifts (facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s) • 1:1 patient ratio with up to 6 patients per day (30 productivity points standard) • No weekend requirements • No on-call responsibilities • No floating between units required • Guaranteed hours with facility able to call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks) • 1 year of skilled home health experience required • First-time travelers accepted • OASIS experience required • Required certifications: BCLS • Must have own transportation with occasional maximum radius of roughly 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time) per day • Business casual attire required, no jeans, scrubs allowed but not required • Charting systems: EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover (phone app)/OASIS • Free parking provided • Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate • Treat patients with dementia, Parkinson's, ALS, MS, orthopedic post-op, and post-stroke conditions • Work with adult and geriatric patient populations • Complete non-billable modules averaging 16 hours pre-start and annually Facility: This home health organization provides comprehensive rehabilitation services directly to patients in their homes throughout the greater Portland area.
