Performs cashier duties30 % Prepares and collects items for multiple orders according to prescribed standards and in anticipation of incoming orders including retrieving condiments, paper supplies etc. Serves guests with beverages and replenish as necessary. Assist server with food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.15 % Carries bags up to 30 lbs. and delivers orders to guests in a friendly and courteous manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Presents tallied check to guests.15 % Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.10 % Assembles food orders, visually inspecting to ensure completeness i.e. food, beverages, condiments and paper products15 % Cleans restocks storage areas, rotates and maintains appropriate inventory levels of necessary items. Returns condiments and other equipment to proper storage areas.SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS:In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.* Respond to guest questions.
