PrideStaff - - Responsibilities: Strategic Dispatching: Optimize routes and schedules to maximize field technician efficiency and reduce travel times.; Real-Time Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, service technicians, and the warehouse team.; Resource Logistics: Identify, reserve, and stage required parts and tools before dispatching technicians to job sites.; Emergency Support: Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to manage urgent customer breakdowns.; Data & Admin Management: Open, track, and close technical work orders using the internal ERP system; prepare service quotes and maintain accurate technician logs.
