Prestige Care - 4525 Southwest 99th Avenue - Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of food and is responsible for serving meals, snacks, and beverages using portion control and applicable sanitation practices; Deliver meals to resident rooms or tables and set up meal trays according to dietary orders and tray cards; Maintain sanitary kitchen, dining room, and equipment; clean utensils and dishes; operate dishwasher correctly while recording temperatures; Ensure proper storage, rotation, labeling of food per guidelines; discard outdated food; Assist in training and participate in staff meetings and maintain confidentiality and dignity for residents
