Providence Health & Services - - Responsibilities: Collects, compiles and maintains demographic, clinical and follow-up data on all cancer cases diagnosed and/or treated at Providence facilities in the Portland Service Area; Extracts data from all available sources including EPIC, Mosaic, and other department-specific databases; Prepares information state submission, NCDB submission and for local analysis and dissemination; Performs all cancer registry work in compliance with the standards set by the American College of Surgeons
