Job Details Schedule: 8-hour days, minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: 1 year of skilled home health experience, valid BLS certification. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC charting system. Additional Information: The traveler is expected to have their own transportation, as minimal drive time is typical, with occasional maximum radius of roughly 60 miles per day. The facility operates a home health model with approximately 5.5-6 points per day and supports adult and geriatric patients with conditions such as dementia, Parkinsons disease, ALS, MS, and post-stroke recovery. The unit is equipped to support various procedures including gait training, assistive device education, and wound care, among other skills listed. Clothing is business casual, and charting is performed remotely via EPIC and Rover applications.
