As a regional sales manager in our Rhythm Solutions division, you will lead a talented team across multiple territories to drive sales of innovative therapies, including the Watchman Left Atrial Appendage Closure (LAAC) device, Electrophysiology (EP), and Access Solutions. The Watchman device offers patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation a safe, effective alternative to lifelong blood thinner use. Required qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in interventional cardiology, structural heart, electrophysiology (EP), or cardiac rhythm management (CRM) device sales Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of sales achievement and team development
The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $ 90,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
