Job Description: Under the general supervision of the Transportation and Parking Supervisor, the Parking Enforcement Officer enforces PCC parking rules and regulations through the issuance of parking citations. Interacts with students, staff, and the public regarding general parking matters. Keeps Transportation and Parking Supervisor informed of necessary maintenance related to signs, lights, overgrown brush, and parking hazards. Reports issues with parking enforcement equipment such as parking machines and signs and performs related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Education and/or Experience: Must be 18 years old or older with a high school diploma or equivalent and six months of high-volume public-facing customer service experience. License/Certificate: Must possess and maintain a valid class C driver's license and have a good driving record. Must be able to complete the PCC driver safety course.
