SD Functional BSA

Min. 7+ years of knowledge and experience of SAP Order-2-Cash business process.

Must have worked on Implementation and Support engagements as SAP SD Functional BSA

Experienced in Sales process configurations, customizations in ECC environment.

Extensive functional and associated technical knowledge of objects & transactions related to Sales Order, Delivery, Shipment, Billings process

Experienced in Business Requirements, workshop sessions to gather requirement scope and estimation

Experience in Functional designing, Test Scenario document preparation

Experience in Integration Testing and coordination with Business for UAT

Good Knowledge of SD integration with MM & Warehouse Management

Incident and Service Request resolution in SD domain

Issue Analysis, Simulation of scenarios, and resolution of Production defects with permanent solutioning mind-set

Batch job monitoring, failure analysis, Interface analysis.

Good Team collaboration and Customer handling skills

Good communication and Email writing skills

Must scale up to challenging situations and handle escalations

Proactive monitoring of potential problems and prevention.
