Salary: $23.00 - $25.00/hour ($18/hour + tips which average an additional $5-$7/hour)

FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

Schedule: Part Time Hours - Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is a must!

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, guest-focused Floor Manager who leads from the front. This role is responsible for maintaining an active presence on the floor, ensuring operational excellence, and creating a culture where both guests and team members thrive.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, natural coach, and decisive leader who can balance hospitality with accountability in a fast-paced environment. This is a part time role with up to 25 hours a week.

What You'll Do

• Lead by example with consistent floor presence and hands-on support
• Oversee daily service execution to ensure exceptional guest experience
• Cross-train across all restaurant roles and step in as needed to support operations
• Coach and develop team members in real time, ensuring thorough and efficient documentation processes
• Reinforce service, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Assist with inventory management and cost controls
• Monitor workflow, staffing deployment, and pace during peak hours
• Promote specials, drive upselling, and maintain strong product knowledge
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
