As a Guest Care, I am the emblematic figure of the hotel for all client interactions. From arrival to departure, I anticipate, coordinate, and surprise each client's stay. I am a concierge, a receptionist, but above all someone who welcomes guests in my home and wishes to make their eyes shine. For this, I am accompanied by a back office service that coordinates most of the administrative tasks.

Representing at every moment our luxurious establishment and its values, I guarantee the satisfaction of the employees by accomplishing my daily tasks and missions with joy and kindness. More than a Guest Care, I actively participate in the radiance of the establishment.

Missions:

- Welcome, register, and accompany clients to the room

- Inform and advise all hotel clients, especially about the hotel's services according to their interests, assist them in their procedures and try to anticipate their needs and expectations. Suggest and stimulate the use of hotel services as a priority.

- Manage the cash register and proceed to the cashing out (client check out)

- Ensure the follow-up of all requests during the clients' stay, anticipating if possible, and coordinating with the other hotel services

- Manage the dissatisfaction of the clientele and propose the necessary solutions

Administrative tasks:

- Participate in all administrative tasks of the service (Reception & Conciergerie)

- Participate in the preparations of the arrival dossiers

- Participate in the updating and follow-up of the client Cardex

- Be in charge of the clients from the confirmation of the stay, elaborating in advance with them their itinerary, helping them to prepare their trip, their flights, their restaurants, and their activities

Profile:

We are looking for a graduate with a BTS in hotel management/restaurant preferably having a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position preferably. We are looking for a colleague with perfect mastery of English (spoken and written) and knowledge of various hotel IT tools (OPERA, Concierge Organizer, Micros, Know Cross).

Contract: CDD

Status: Employee - 39 hours per week - 2 consecutive days off

Salary: 2,500€ gross per month (+annual commissions)
