Dining Room Attendant

Greenridge Estates is a family-owned and operated Assisted Living Community located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. We're looking for a dependable, respectful, and friendly Dining Room Attendant to join our family here. As a Dining Room Attendant you have the opportunity to build personal relationships with our residents and staff, making this a fun and enjoyable atmosphere to be in. In collaboration with the Dining Services Director and Cooks, Dining Room Attendants ensure our dining experience dazzles residents!

Some of the general duties of the Dining Room Attendant position include:

• Uphold a high level of customer service
• Assist with meal preparation
• Lead during meal service alongside other servers
• Clean the Dining Room and Kitchen after each meal

• Breakfast/Lunch Shift (7:00 AM to 2:30 PM)
• Dinner Shift (4:15 PM to 7:30 PM)

Minimum requirements:

1. Prior experience in a restaurant or long-term care environment preferred, but not required.
2. Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
3. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
4. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, walk/stand 90% or more of shifts, and respond to all resident and emergency needs quickly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
