The Hotel Manapany St Barth is looking for its future trainee for customer relations to complete its restaurant team starting in February 2026!

The hotel Manapany recruits its future restaurant trainees for the 2026-2027 season! The position is available from October 20, 2026.

MAIN TASKS

The Waiter Assistant assists the room team in all stages of the service. Under the responsibility of the Head Waiter, he/she actively contributes to the setup, smooth running of the service, and tidying up. He/she ensures cleanliness, replenishment, and logistical support of the service, while participating in the satisfaction of customers through his/her efficiency and discretion.

GENERAL TASKS

• Setup of the room
• Participate in the dressing of the tables (tableclothing, dishes, glassware, cutlery, decorations).
• Ensure that all the material necessary for the service is in place and in good condition.
• Replenish the service consoles, buffets, or guéridons.
• Assistance to the service
• Bring the dishes and drinks to the tables under the direction of the Head Waiter.
• Clear the plates and straighten the tables between two services.
• Be attentive to the needs of the clients and transmit them quickly to the responsible parties.
• Cleaning and tidying up
• Maintain the cleanliness of the service areas, consoles, and room throughout the service.
• Participate in the cleaning of the room and the tidying up of the equipment at the end of the service.
• Respect the hygiene and safety procedures in force.
• Cafeteria service
• Participate in the setup and smooth running of the cafeteria service (breakfasts, buffets, breaks, etc.), ensure the service of hot drinks.
• Maintain the cleanliness and attractiveness of the buffet in real time, replenish the products and ensure the permanent availability of the items.
• Run of dishes
• Ensure the link between the kitchen and the room during the service.
• Carry the dishes from the kitchen to the service point in optimal conditions (speed, safety, discretion).
• Ensure that the dishes are complete, conform to the order notes, and transmit the dishes to the right rank.
• Room service and clearing in the room
• Participate in the preparation of room service trays (breakfast, lunch, dinner, or drinks).
• Perform the delivery in the room with care and professionalism, according to the standards of the establishment.
• Return to clear the trays within the deadlines, as well as the clearings indicated by the responsible parties, respecting the discretion and comfort of the client.
