The Hotel Manapany is now recruiting its future pastry commis (H/F) to complete its kitchen team until August 15, 2026!
As a pastry commis, you will work under the supervision of the sous-chef, the head chef and contribute actively to the daily production of desserts and pastries. You will ensure the organization and preparation of the various setups necessary.

Previous experience in pastry, preferably as a pastry commis. Good knowledge of pastry techniques, preparation methods, and quality standards. Ability to meet deadlines. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively with other members of the kitchen team. Respect for food hygiene standards and safety regulations.
