Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of towel and tissue products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Package, box, and neatly stack finished products for shipment, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
Follow detailed instructions provided by Machine Operators to ensure smooth production flow.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to promote a healthy work environment.
Perform basic counting and mathematical tasks to accurately track production output.
Lift and stack boxes weighing up to 50 lbs., and stand for extended periods to meet production targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Prior manufacturing or quality inspection experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic math skills are required; candidates must complete a math test prior to start.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for long durations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Willingness to follow instructions diligently and work effectively under supervision.
Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to safety and cleanliness.
Shift Options & Benefits:
Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Swing Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
Night (Graveyard) Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM
