This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity!

You will be part of the steel team, this group works hard to build and set all the steel molds that are used in their production process. You are the creator; you are part of the team where all the magic begins!

Job Duties:

• Fitting, setting, and installing of metal pieces and rebar
• Cutting of metal materials.
• Metal forming, bending, and finishing.
• Cleaning tools, equipment, and work areas
• Ability to assist in moving around build molds.

Experience, Skills, and Qualities:

• Carpentry experience with structural steel, bending, cutting drilling, and welding is a plus!
• Ability or willingness to learn to operate table saws, grinders, and other power tools as needed.
• Ability to use pliers, wire guns, and mesh cutters and to read and understand a tape measure.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a team have a positive mindset, and ability to lead by example.
• Looking for a minimum of one year's experience across all listed requirements.
• Ability to lift to 40lbs and be on your feet for the entirety of your shift 8-10 hours.
• Exposure to oil and grease.
• The building is not temperature-controlled, colder in the winter and warmer in the summer.

Schedule: Monday-Friday start time is 5 am, you will work 8-10 hours shifts depending on the weekly production schedule.
Pay:$22 - $24/hr. to start DOE (during the evaluation period)
