Channel Merchandiser II
The Channel Merchandiser II is responsible for supporting account-specific merchandising execution across key wholesale partners, helping translate channel strategy into actionable assortments, insights, and go-to-market plans. This role partners closely with Account Sales, Planning, and Marketing to deliver consumer-right assortments, strong in-market storytelling, and support profitable growth at the account level.
Supporting as a merchandising lead for assigned accounts and channels, the Channel Merchandiser contributes to sell-in readiness, performance insights, and seasonal execution, while ensuring alignment to broader channel strategies established by Channel Merchandising leadership.
How You'll Make a Difference
- Support the translation of channel strategy into account-specific assortments using sell-through data, bookings, and market insights
- Analyze product performance, trends, and consumer behavior to inform merchandising recommendations and future decisions
- Build and support consumer-right assortments that balance brand storytelling, innovation, pricing, and account opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, and Marketing to support integrated account strategies and seasonal execution
- Assist in sales meeting preparation, including content development and product storytelling
- Deliver in-season and post-season insights, identifying risks and opportunities with guidance
- Support development and alignment of assortment architecture, pricing strategies, and SKU productivity frameworks
- Contribute to execution of seasonal go-to-market (GTM) plans, including timelines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination
- Support end-to-end SMU (Special Make-Up) processes, ensuring alignment to brand and account needs
- Monitor account performance across revenue, margin, forecasting, and SKU productivity, contributing to action plans

You Have
- 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, planning, buying, wholesale, or account-facing roles
- Foundational expertise in assortment planning, sell-through analysis, and retail dynamics
- Experience supporting wholesale accounts and sales teams
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights, with guidance
- Strong communication skills and ability to contribute to clear, compelling presentations
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
