Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials efficiently within the warehouse or storage facility.

• Accurately pick, pack, scan, and kit products to fulfill customer orders.

• Utilize barcode scanners and our warehouse management system to maintain precise inventory records.

• Count and verify products to ensure correctness.

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following the 7S methodology.

• Collaborate safely with team members to uphold workplace safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.

• Proficiency with handheld scanning devices and operating material handling equipment such as electric and manual pallet jacks, carts, and tugs.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform tasks including bending, squatting, twisting, pushing, and pulling.

• Capable of lifting objects up to 50 lbs, including items of various shapes and sizes.

• Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills.

• Ability to work comfortably in varying temperature conditions.

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory management systems.

• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Access to protective footwear on day one; PPE will be provided.

• Reliable attendance and availability for a flexible schedule, including potential overtime.

Pay Details: $18.75 to $23.25 per hour
