The nature of the work is focused on consumer insights, assortment planning, go-to-market, and product management activities.
Ensure merchandised assortments allow appropriate segmentation, deliver differentiation of the marketplace, and drive incremental growth.
Finalize all category assortment plans and Product resolution aProductst issues on flow, pricing, and distribution decisions.
Work to ensure assortment category vision is driven to the retail floor and that end state is profitable consumer-right assortments.
Optimize the planning and placement of products in the appropriate format
Required:
Degree preferred, not a hard requirement
5+ years experience required in a merchandising role

Team player mindset
Combination of skills that would make a candidate stand out:
AV experience (assort visual)
Prior Nike experience
In-store retail experience
ETW will help support soccer merchandising at the channel level, working closely with product, merch, and sales teams to determine the best product for specific accounts; will assist with product allocation as well
Candidate should be comfortable with public speaking (mostly to internal audiences)
